Terms and Conditions

1) Only on full payment will a booking become confirmed.

2) Spaces will be left open(and not held for you)on each event until payment is confirmed.

3) Once booked you have 7 days in which to cancel your place on an event and receive a full refund.

4) After 7 days have passed you will not be provided with a full refund.

5) Cancellation up to 1 week prior of an event you will receive 50% refund of initial event fee.

6) Cancellation within 7 days of an event starting will be no refund.

7) In the event of Wild Peak Outdoors cancelling an event you will receive a full refund of the event fee. We will not be held responsible to other loses incurred by the cancellation of an event(fuel,travel,food,lodgings,etc.) It is recommend that you take out suitable cancellation insurance to cover any cost incurred for an event cancellation.

8) We reserve the right before hand/and on the day of an event to change routes and plans. This is most likely to be a weather dependant action and will be for the safety of you and all other participants.

9) Bookings are made on the basis that all participants observe and adhere to safety instructions from the event leader/instructor . Failure to do so will result in being asked to leave an event. There would be no refund.

10) We reserve the right to exclude participants from any events if they are not adequately prepared ( in line with our specific event kit list ) .Are not fit enough,or their actions jeopardize their own safety or other participants . Participants will be excluded from events if they are aggressive or offensive to instructors or others. There would be no refund .

11) Participants must adhere to and respect the countryside code.

12) Where suitable well behaved dogs are allowed by prior arrangement via email or phone, they must be kept on leads at all times. Failure to do so will result in you being asked to leave. There will be no refund.

13) Wild Peak Outdoors accept no responsibility for a participants personal property that may be lost or damaged during an event.

14) Participation in adventurous activities entails some risk of injury and death. Instructors are trained and appropriately qualified. Instructors are qualified in outdoor first aid. However,participants need to accept that injuries and accidents can still occur.

15) Medical information may be required before an event.
